It was our 3rd wedding anniversary yesterday, and we celebrated in style after Ixora won her second novice chase from as many starts. Tom rode a lovely race, and quickened past Prince Tom after the last in a very competitive race at Worcester. She is a smashing mare and that takes her onto 6 winners from 12 starts for us - she certainly knows how to win races.
Ixora puts in another fine leap to win another novice chase.
That takes our seasonal tally onto 6 winners from 15 runners, which means we are operating at an incredible 40% strike rate! Lets hope we can continue the roll with Jawhary this evening at Fontwell. He won on his debut for us, and was unlucky not to follow up on his next start, and runs tonight off the same mark, and I think he should run well providing they don't get any significant rain there this evening.
