Amazingly and thankfully both Knighton Combe and Tom O'Brien have come out of that horric fall at Ascot on Sunday.  Having won the same veterans race last season, off the same mark, on the same ground, Knighton Combe looked to be travelling strongly before falling at the fourth last.  At least both horse and jockey live to tell the tale, although both were a little stiff and sore the following day.  I would expect that after a confidence booster we will look to have a tilt at the Summer National which he won back in 2011.
