Our winning role continued yesterday at Wincanton, as we saw an exhibition of jumping by Graduation Night as he jumped his opposition to sleep in the novice handicap chase. It wasn't a great race, but Tom O'Brien popped him out, and hacked around in front to win comfortably. He would have done more in a piece of work at home, but every bad race needs winning, and you wouldn't see a better round of jumping from a horse having his first run over fences. I was delighted for Martin Broughton and his syndicate, who have been big supporters of ours from the outset, and its lovely to reward them with a nice winner. I sincerely hope the handicapper doesn't over react, but we may have to get him out under a penalty next week.
