Well quite a bit has happened here over the last week.....  We had a couple of runners at Stratford on Thursday - we ran To The Sky again after his fine win over fences the previous week. The plan was to run again back over hurdles and therefore without a penalty. We spied an amateur race, and if we won that then he could go to Southwell this week again without a penalty. Unfortunately we just got piped close home, and so the handicapper will start to catch us up now….The handicapper has reacted by putting him up 8lbs over fences and a total of 8lbs over hurdles too – so tomorrow at Southwell we are theoretically still 5lbs ahead of the handicapper. Let’s hope that is the case!

Ravenous made his debut for us at Stratford last week also – he was bred by The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, and after winning his maiden at Epsom, and running well in a handicap off 78, he has since been moved to us. Chips has replaced The Prince of Wales, but The Duchess of Cornwall still part owns the juvenile. We are incredibly honoured and privileged to have a horse for The Duchess, and I hope we can find Ravenous an opening over hurdles.

Marcus Armytage wrote a lovely article in The Telegraph about Folly House, and I’ve attached it below:

We held our annual owners lunch party on Sunday and I think it was our best yet – the weather was stunning, the horses were gleaming with health in the parade, and lunch was delicious….. and we sold a couple of nice youngsters. I’m pleased that we have a great syndicate consisting of existing owners who have bought the stunning Kapgarde 3 year old gelding out of Long Run’s sister. He looks to be a lovely chaser in the making, and I think we have also sold the gorgeous Shantou from the family of Space Trucker, who won the Fighting Fifth and the Grand Annual at the Festival. They both look fantastic individuals and I hope we can have plenty of fun with them over the years to come.

Luke Harvey was filming at the open day, and one part of it was on ATR today, so I've copied the link below:
