Three runners this week, three placed efforts......  Miss Milborne was 2nd in a novice chase at Leicester earlier this week, where she jumped well, but failed to show the same enthusiasm for the game as she did over hurdles last season.  We might switch her back to hurdles later this month, and put some headgear on her.  We took Wyfield Rose to Doncaster on Friday for the better ground, and she duly ran a better race to be 3rd.  She'll improve again for this, and will be better still over a longer trip.  Our only other runner this week was Niki Royal who finished 4th at Plumpton on Monday - she has more ability than she lets on, and could quite easily have won that race...!  We'll freshen her up by sending her Pointing, and then try her back under rules again.  She won on her debut for us, and definitely has ability there, so we just need to coax it out of her again.
